We are seeking a Development Director who is passionate about connecting people to our mission of providing listening and spoken language solutions for children with hearing loss. In this role, you will build meaningful relationships with donors, corporate leaders, and community partners across Indiana who want to invest in the success of the children and families we serve.

Under the direction of the CFO, the Senior Accountant supports the financial operations of the organization by overseeing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with nonprofit accounting standards and internal controls. This role manages core accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, payroll support, and financial reporting.

Full (100%) or part-time (50%), 194 contract days
The LSL Provider is an integral member of the intervention team. Working under the direction of the MO Campus Coordinator, the LSL Provider will provide intervention to address individual student progress in the areas of audition, speech, and language. This position follows the academic calendar with 194 contract days.

This position is for the remainder of the 2025-26 school year.
Day shift 7:45AM-12:15PM.
Sign language is not a requirement for this position.

The LSL Provider is an integral member of the faculty and school instructional team. Working under the direction of the MO Campus Coordinator, the LSL Provider will provide intervention to address individual toddler student progress in the areas of audition, speech, and language. This position is part-time (.5 FTE) and follows the academic calendar with 194 contract days.

The Early Intervention Therapist provides individual listening and spoken language intervention to young children with hearing loss and their families. Additionally, this position provides support, counseling, and education to parents. These services are provided in the family home, on-site at St. Joseph, or other appropriate setting.
